Abstract: After the establishment of Jingdezhen Ceramics Enterprise Group, how to give full play to the group advantages of the group, so that the group's coupons can be held together and held powerfully? There are still many theoretical and practical issues that need to be discussed. This article intends to address some of the practical problems faced by the group after its establishment, such as: how to maintain and resolve the sub-shields of the "Nine Unifications" and the "Four Invariables"? Is the group a first-level legal person or a multi-level legal person, or a legal entity? How should the internal organizational structure and scale of the group develop and optimize? How to improve the management system and operating mechanism within the group?
