A Development of Hi􀀽h-􀀽rade Low Thermal Expansion Acid-proof Ceramic Brick

Abstract: By test and study,a kind of high-grade low thermal expansion acid-proof ceramic brick has been produced. It possesses excellent acid-proof, machanical strength and therm­al resistance properties, and can replace the SF type brick which is the high-grade acid-proof one imported from DIDIER company of Germany. It has been obeserved that the keys of obtaining excellent properties are high-Si02 of content, reasonable partical size distribution of raw materials and firing schedule.
