Abstract： The system holes use composite principle to controle prosition error,when synthesize measuring ruler is not suitablc to measure,usually mcasured  by  means of common  measuring  tool,but  procese is complicater.In this articlc,on  the basis of to analyse specialities of tolerance zone of composite  position, proposed a  method  which  used  geometry  frame  overlap to evaluate result of  measure. It only need  to  use  once  procedure  of  measure,and  to  use  simple  calulating  and  drawing,can  vividly  and visbly  evaluate  qualification  of  result.This  method can  be  usrd  system  holes  of  all  kinds  of  fix forms.It is more simple to arrange in order to complicate system holes.
