On the Relation between Doublc Pin Positioning Error and Part Accuracy and the Determination of Positioning Part Tolerance

Abstract: This paper analyzes the relation between the positioning error of a facet with double pin and the positioning size of part cutting factors, ard infers the relative formula to calculate the positioning error of fixture when parts are located according to different locate mode. In this way， the tolerance of positioning parts can be determined conveniently and reasonably.And the fixture design of the same kird can also consult this method.
