Abstract: Visual communication as a kind of aesthetic creation activities, send messages to the audience through visual symbols, aesthetic feeling. Violet sand earthenware as an important part of the visual communication design, the design idea, form the unique style design gimmick, and constant innovation. In the "purple sand hot" situation, various scholars, violet arenaceous fans are added to its creation.In violet sand earthenware design, should pay attention to the use of visual elements, to establish the best vision, reasonable organization of visual flow, in modelling, color, texture, etc, pay attention to the performance of the visual aesthetic feeling. In a word, violet sand earthenware design is to inherit and extension of visual communication
