Abstract: The SHS-gravity separation method has been used to prepare ceramic-lined composite pipe, and then its composition, structure and their influence on the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the composite pipe have been discussed. The results show that the three-layered structure can effectively relieve the residual stress and improve the bonding quality; to some extent, the composition distribution of the ceramic coating can strengthen the corrosion resistance and improve the mechanical properties of the composite pipe.
