Research Progress of the Preparation and Applications of Silver Vanadates

Abstract: Silver vanadates (SVO), as one of the most important multifunctional materials, have exhibit excellent electrochemical, optical and catalytic properties. Thus, it shows a broad prospect of application in lithium-ion batteries, photocatalysis, sensors, etc. In this review, the preparation methods of silver vanadates, including solid-state method, hydrothermal method, sol-gel method, etc., were presented. Their advantages and disadvantages were summarized. Furthermore, the progress in the application was also introduced. Finally, the potential and promising trends of silver vanadates were also proposed.
