Abstract:In this paper, the heat transfer in a roller kiln has been simulated by using Visual Basic language programming, and the corresponding empirical formula and chart have been obtained after the regression analysis of the simulation results by means of excel and origin software. The obtained empirical formula for calculating the optical density of combustion product of gas and the convection radiation heat transfer-coefficient is of some practical significance to roller kiln study and control.
