Abstract: The influence of processing factors on phas e composition, microstructure and piezoelectric properties of [(Na0.5Bi0.5)0.82 (K0.5Bi0.5)0.18]1- xLa xTiO3 (x=0.00, 0.01, 0.03, 0.05, 0.10) system lead- free piezoelectric ceramics was investigated by XRD, SEM and other analytic methods. It shows that increasing synthetic temperature is us eful for crystalline formation. For the narrow sintering temperature range of the system ceramics, it requires relative sintering temperature to gain highly compact ceramics. The study on the effects of poling electric field and poling temperature on the piezoelectric properties in the system shows that higher poling electric field and appropriate poling temperature are helpful to improve the piezoelectric properties.
