The Research of Structure and Properties of Liancheng Bentonite in Fujian Province

Abstracts: The compositions of the bentonite from Liancheng were investigated by XRD and DTA techniques. The physicochemical properties such as CEC, colloid index, pH value and expansion rate were tested also.The results show: the bentonite from Liancheng is Na- bentonite, it has extensive application foreground.
