Analysis of Orientation Error of Vitrified Porcelain Tile Side-Grinding and Angle-Cutting Machine Tool

Abstract: This paper‚from the viewpoint of metal cutting and processing‚all-sidedly analyses the impacts on processing precision‚caused by various factors of the Orientation system of vitrified porcelain tile side-grinding & angle-cutting machine tool.Through study and analysis‚the paper establishes some error-calculating formulas‚and points out the use of six-point orientation principle in orientating workpieces‚and the impacts caused by processing methods on processing precision‚and the importance of improving the geometric precisions of various orientating criterion components ‚and fur hermore some concerning problems deserving to be paid attention to when in design and manufacture.
