Practice and Thinking on Wall-tile Fresco

Abstract: The article is the summary of experiences by the author who took the charge of designing and making wall-tile frescoes of the reception hall in Yichang Feach Peak Hotal. Through his practice, 3 key points are described here: 1) the imagination of whole project, 2) the organization of the plots (tableau), 3) the materials cho­sen and technic adopted in the wall-tile frescoes.
