Abstract：This paper quoted a large number of specimens of celadon and bronze in the wei, Jin and South-north dynasties (A.D. 220- -581)，and studied their forms, patterns and warelets with comparison.It was pointed out that celadon was deserved a wide and deep influence by bronze; while drawing acceptable arts from the 1atter，celadon succeeded in making innovation and development owing to its own characteritics. Thus it was featured its own unique artistit sty1e in ceramics.Finally this paper committed that the improvements and creatives of ceremics in succession have a close connection of learning from the other arts.
