Study and Application on Caremic Support Immobilized Cell

Abstract: The development and application of ceramic support were discussed in this paper. The ceramic support was evaluated synthetically on its porosity and wearability. Ceramic support was used to immobilize yeast cell and brew beer. The application of ceramic support was analysed economically and technogically . It is considered that the ceramic support will be applied widely in the biochemical engi­neermg.
